K\u00fcnzel screw conveyors are used when grain, malt or other bulk materials have to be transported over relatively short distances. In doing so, the feed can be carried out horizontally, or at any angle of inclination.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There is a selection of trough screw conveyors (with or without pressure relief cover) and tube screw conveyors to choose from, depending on the respective application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These conveyors are available in several standard dimensions for a wide capacity range or they can be individually designed and manufactured as special versions for many different applications and conveying capacities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fcnzel screw conveyors are robust and of high serviceability. There is a choice between the normal steel version with painted or galvanized surface and a stainless steel version. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

  • Compliance with ATEX requirements on explosion protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Safety equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    K\u00fcnzel screw conveyors are very safe to operate and are fitted with the following monitoring elements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Speed monitor (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bearing temperature monitor (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      ATEX explosion protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      K\u00fcnzel screw conveyors can also be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. Approval as explosion-proof device certified for Group II, Category 1 has been applied for.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
