The Whistleblower Protection Act came into force on July 2, 2023. This law regulates the protection of natural persons who have obtained information about violations in connection with their professional activities or in advance of a professional activity and report or disclose these to the reporting offices provided for in this law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use a digital whistleblower system to provide the opportunity to report violations of laws, regulations or ethical standards within our company securely and confidentially. This ensures the protection of whistleblowers in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act. Reports can be submitted via the “Integrity Line” reporting system used by Ziemann Holvrieka.
