Cleaning
The cleaning of the raw materials is important to ensure the quality of the end product, but also serves to protect downstream system parts.
The raw materials are usually cleaned for the first time before storage using a drum sieve, with larger parts being separated. Before the grinding, the main cleaning is usually carried out using a plansieve and a destoner.
The separated fractions can be disposed of separately or controlled dosed back into the process stream.
